Report: Obama to tap San Antonio mayor as Housing Secretary

President Obama is reportedly preparing to nominate San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro as the Secretary of Housing & Urban Development to replace Shaun Donovan, who is set to become the director of the Office of Management & Budget.

Donovan would succeed Sylvia Mathews Burwell if she is confirmed as Secretary of Health & Human Services.

    The last time the HUD secretary came from the Mayor San Antonio, things did not turn out very well.
