Solid rating on new Mercedes-Benz EV

The Mercedes-Benz (DDAIF) B-Class electric vehicle gets an "A" from Wards Auto after a test drive in California.

The model will be sold in ten zero-emission states this summer and across the U.S. next year.

The execution by Mercedes on the new EV model is important in maintaining brand image, although the ultimate goal from the introduction has as much to do with meeting strict government regulations on emissions and average fuel economy than robust sales.
