Entire dissident slate wins election to CommonWealth board

Corvex and Related announce their entire slate of nominees has been elected to serve on the CommonWealth REIT (CWH +0.5%) board, getting about 85% of the votes.

"Today is a historic milestone for CommonWealth and the REIT industry, and a tremendous victory for shareholder rights," says the two investors.

Does anyone have any idea when the missed preferred distributions will be declared or paid? Covenants precluded any distribution for both common and preferred shareholders during this shareholder led action. Now that it's been settled and Zell & associates are in charge, will they immediately reinstate the payments, or ????
