RetailMeNot adds to losses; Stifel downgrades, thinks 10% of traffic hit

Up to 20% of RetailMeNot's (SALE -6.4%) Google traffic, and 10% of its overall traffic, has been affected by Google's Panda 4.0 update, thinks Stifel's Jordan Rohan, downgrading shares to Hold.

Rohan believes "significant deceleration in revenue and EPS growth is likely," and that it'll "take weeks for the company to analyze data about [Google's] change and to attempt to mitigate the issue."

Shares are down 24% over the last two days, and are making new post-IPO lows.
