Lockheed Martin is acquiring the Astrotech Space Operations Business Unit of Astrotech Corporation. Astrotech Corp will continue as a company focusing on Two other business Units, Astrogenetix, and 1st Detect which may soon be worth another 60 million. Hence Astrotech Corp should be selling for at least $6.00 per share.
