Glu Mobile -7.6% AH after announcing stock offering

Glu (GLUU) hasn't yet disclosed the offering's size. Whatever it is, underwriters will have an overallotment option equal to 15% of offered shares. (prospectus)

Glu had $37M in cash at the end of Q1, and no debt. Last month, it announced plans to buy casual game developer PlayFirst for 3M shares and the assumption of $3.55M in debt.

    This was anticipated and was one of the reasons (GLUU) was pulling back. Now it is done we can start looking forward. Remember the big rise in stock price after the last secondary in 2013.

    Despite the lashing received from many bulls, glad to have still put a bearish assessment on this company. Stock might recover from AH, but let's hear how (GLUU) will put this money at work. After all, shareholders are getting a big dilution.
