• Cytori Therapeutics (CYTX -3.2%) sells 4,048,584 units to institutional investors for $2.47/unit netting $9.5M. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common at $3.00. The warrants have a five-year term and can be exercised immediately. The company may raise up to an additional $12.1M if all the warrants are exercised. Closing date is June 4.
