Cellcom prepping Israeli debt offering

Cellcom (CEL -0.8%) hasn't yet disclosed the offering's size or other terms.

The carrier ended Q1 with NIS3.6B ($1.15B) in net debt, down NIS1B Y/Y.

Globes has reported Cellcom plans to launch an Israeli pay-TV service in August, and (along with peer Pelephone) is in talks with American Tower to sell its mobile towers.
