    Can't trust ARCP CEO considering his very misleading statements during last 2 quarterly conference calls. Look at the slide show linked above. Page 11 touts ARCP's 8.1% dividend, which is primarily the result of ARCP driving down the share price and then intentionally locking in a price range by selling $1.6 billion of ARCP stock at a price below the 52 week low (a price the CEO said he wouldn't sell, but he did).

     

    The last bullet of the entire presentation takes advantage of the very low stock price as well. "Targeting total return for shareholders of low-mid teens on a long term basis" Well, using today's stock price the dividend is 8.1%. If the stock returned to its' 52 week high then it would gain 25%. This last bullet of the presentation concerns me...."low-mid teens....long term".....hmmmm.
