• FQ1 gross margin was 62.7%, -140 bps Q/Q and -130 bps Y/Y, but near the high end of a guidance range of 61%-63% and helping EPS beat by $0.04. GAAP opex rose 19% Y/Y to $19.7M.
• Strong sales to IP security camera vendors fueled a 21% Y/Y revenue increase, offsetting GoPro-related weakness (previous) caused by camera launch timings.
