Clean food policy at Panera Bread could add costs

Panera Bread (PNRA) plans to remove artificial ingredients from its menu by 2016 under a new food policy.

Though the restaurant chain will get high marks from health advocates for the shift, analysts warn the pressure to comply with the "nothing artificial" claim will require heavy oversight and extra costs.
