Markit expects IPO pricing at $23-$25 per share

The London-based financial data and services provider is planning on selling 45.7M shares in a U.S. listing, with underwriters granted a greenshoe option for another 6.9M shares. It will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol MRKT.
