Key Energy probing possible corruption involving Mexico unit

Key Energy Services (KEG) discloses it is investigating allegations involving its Mexico operations for possible violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

KEG says it voluntarily disclosed the allegation and information from its initial investigation to the SEC.

The disclosure comes after KEG said last month the SEC was investigating potential violations of the same law involving its Russian business.
