J.M. Smucker (SJM) reports lower sales in FQ4 due to pricing actions in the quarter and the exit of the company in several product lines.

Sales by segment: U.S. Retail Coffee -12% to $473.5M; U.S. Retail Consumer Foods -4% to $465.8M; International, Foodservice, and Natural Foods -7% to $295M.

Gross profit rate -10 bps to 35.7%.
