On a day when it announced a major deal with the AARP, but delivered an uninspiring sales report, Walgreen (WAG -0.4%) is being downgraded to Underperform by BofA. The firm expects the loss of Medco Health's (NYSE:MHS) pharmacy network 90 days after its acquisition by Express Scripts (NASDAQ:ESRX) to lead to additional sales pressure, and thinks declining volumes will have a long-term effect on the pharmacy's ROIC.
