Walt Disney (DIS +0.9%) defends the pay of CEO Robert Iger in a filing with the SEC and backs him to stay at the helm until 2015. The company says the negative conclusions drawn by watchdog ISS on Robert Iger's compensation and additional role of chairman were based on "flawed" premises and methodology.
