K12 completes sale of businesses

K12 (LRN) announces it completed the sale of several of its businesses to Safanad Education Ventures.

The sold operations include K12's post-secondary business, the company's interest in a Middle East JV, and an international brick and mortar school.

K12 founder Ronald Packard has resigned from the board at K12 to run the business.
