DSW +2.3% AH on Goldman upgrade

Citing a favorable valuation following its recent selloff, Goldman has upgraded DSW to Buy, and raised its PT by $8 to $35.

DSW tumbled in late May after posting weak FQ1 results that included a 3.7% Y/Y drop in comparable-store sales.

DSW looks very interesting. Valuation is attractive, and they appear to be a retailer with a competitive advantage, though they need lot to work on. Finding retailers today with competitive advantage that are cheap is not easy.
