• Prudential Financial's (NYSE:PRU) commercial lending subsidiary provides $131.7M in first mortgages to longstanding client Lock Up/Evergreen Storage secured by a portfolio of 18 self-storage facilities throughout the country.
• The financing is comprised of a $20M, 7-year, floating-rate tranche, and a $111.7M, 10-year, fixed rate tranche.
