Shares of Corinithian Colleges (COCO -62%) are in free fall after the DOE places the company under greater scrutiny and delays its ability to draw down funds quickly until the agency receives requested information.

    Why doesn't the House do the same to the IRS. No paychecks for any employee until the IRS complies with the subpoenas.
