• Groupon had 200K+ active deals (95K+ in North America) at the end of Q1, up from 140K+ at the end of Q4. The company has been trying hard to cut its dependence on traditional daily deals e-mails by building a giant e-commerce marketplace (available through its site and apps) of searchable deals and goods.
