Costco lined by Morgan Stanley as top pick

Morgan Stanley initiates coverage on Costco (COST) with an Overweight rating.

The investment firm assigns a price target of $134 on the stock.

    These big houses are all about M&A, so they probably have some deal in mind to try and sell to COST. There is plenty of warehouse space in places like Spain, but subscriptions will be hard to come by there.

    They were working on packaging mortgages when COST was 30 !
    (It is not time to sell just yet - will have a look at the valuation when the stock reaches it's tar jay)
