- Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) says it will build a new pipeline to transport natural gas from processing facilities located in the Marcellus and Utica shale areas to numerous market regions in the U.S. and Canada, and has signed long-term agreements with multiple shippers to support the project.
- The pipeline is currently sized to transport 2.2B cf/day but could be expanded to 3.25B cf/day, depending on additional shipper commitments.
- The three largest shippers on the project are American Energy-Utica, Antero Resources (AR) and Range Resources (RRC).
