Xerox drops on valuation-driven Argus downgrade


Citing valuation, Argus has downgraded Xerox (XRX -3.1%) to Hold.

Shares closed yesterday not far from a 52-week high of $13.01. They go for 13x 2014E EPS after factoring net debt.

    XRX seems to be scooping up many government contracts for healthcare and benefit administration and BPO services... I have to imagine these contracts are profitable for them since they outsource much of the work. This might be a buying opportunity for XRX?
