Why does SA falsely claim the symbol BABA is Alibaba? Everyone who has researched Alibaba knows these are shares of a front company, not of Alibaba.

In the foreseeable future, no US citizen can legally own shares of Alibaba.

BABA is a shell game played by Wall Street on Main Street. I suspect to rip off index funds indexing US stocks, forced to invest $145,000,000,000.00 in a non-existent company stock.

CNBC and others are reporting that BABA is indeed the symbol the company will trade on. What are you referring to?

No US entity can own any more shares in Alibaba, than what is represented by the ADR's in the US, which is usually a minority stake. Unless a US entity partly owns an investment company that resides within China, who then invests in Alibaba. The fractions are real.
