GM recalls 194k Buicks in China

• Shanghai General Motors, a GM (NYSE:GM) joint venture in China, has recalled 194k Buicks, after a defect was found in some vehicles that does not allow the high beams to be turned off.
• A China-based GM spokeswoman announced that the recall was not connected to any of the other automaker's recent malfunctions.
