I would not get too excited. The ADP numbers have historically shown almost a zero correlation with the NFP data. Pretty much meaningless.

if by "zero" you mean less than 1 then your statement is probably true.

US real economy goes better and if continues like that in 2-3years will recover completely.

In 2008, word was impending Great Depression II that would last as long as the one in 1929 to 1940, thanks to WWII. In 2010, it became The Great Recession that was to last as long as the Japanese deflation between 1990 to present day. But after transferred $T's from main street to wall street with ZIRP, TARP, bailouts, Recovery Acts, payroll tax cuts, ACA, ended Bush 2002/2003 tax cuts etc ... S&P have been hitting sustained record highs. History has yet to be written if Obama has destroyed America or otherwise.

Will we see the Unemployment Rate go up, because people are going back into the workforce? Still approx. 100 million "supposedly" not in workforce and 3 milllion who have lost their UE benefits and 1.2 million/mth who file for initial unemployment claims. Business Svc/Prof Svcs (temp jobs) accounted for 27.4% of the total, How many are part time vs full time? What were the avg wages?
