No quick decision in P&G teeth whitening case

A judge has delayed a trial involving Procter & Gamble (PG) and Clio USA over P&G's patents for teeth whitening strips it sells.

The company is at risk of losing its patent protection on the margin-lush teeth whitening products it sells.

    Is anyone long PG anymore ? Talk about stumbling and falling continuously.... probably goes back to the aggressive cost cutting. Looks like they cut the core resources out of the business and left the branches, or they started to act more like a government entity rather than a business.
