These are interesting results considering Delta sent the sector down a few days ago.

It this were a school project the question would be "Compare and Contrast" the Delta and American 2nd quarter results / guidance and explain the divergence. Are there summarily external international segment market forces in play, operational considerations or something else?

Grasshopper: American Airlines refuses pennies on the dollar from Venezuala.

86% of Delta and 55% of American are owned by institutions. The performance of late of these stocks has less to do with company numbers than I have to do with the air pressure in your left front tire.

DAL and AAL are the foundation of ETFS that perfectly distort the expectations of their individual guidance into a Redd Foxx outake. Delta is still climbing at 42 and American is over 44 and climbing; only the Langoliers and I know this to be fact.

Don't allow yourself to lose 10% to feather the nest of 2014 Mercedes S550 and Lamborghini Aventadore drivers. Professional manipulators espouse double and triple negatives to pick the pocket of every one following the butt in front of them.
