Millennial hires McKinsey vet to improve "operational effectiveness"

Millennial Media (MM) has hired Myles Presler, a 8-year veteran of consulting giant McKinsey, to be its SVP of business operations.

Presler will report to CEO Michael Barrett, and "work closely with senior leadership from each business unit to improve operational effectiveness."

Barrett might be open to some big operational changes in light of Millennial's recent performance. Last month, the company hired former Google mobile ad sales exec Marc Theermann to be its EVP of business strategy.
