Lions Gate to launch streaming service in China with Alibaba

Lions Gate (NYSE:LGF) will partner with Alibaba (Pending:BABA) to launch a new streaming service in China.

The service, which will launch in August, will be available through Alibaba's set-top box.

Subscribers will have wide access to Lions Gate's portfolio of titles.

LGF +3.8% premarket to $29.80.

    I can see alibaba as the biggest tech company and most profitable in a decade. Talk about amazon, eBay, google, netflix, all in one company. I wish I could get in on the ipo. Yahoo will decline as they've been saved by baba.
