- NQ Mobile's (NQ -5.7%) audit committee has dismissed PwC as the company's independent auditor, and replaced it with Marcum Bernstein and Pinchuk.
- NQ insists "there is no disagreement between the Company and PwC on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure."
- Earlier this month, NQ disclosed PwC had told the company it needed to "expand the scope of its 2013 audit work," and that audit committee chair Ying Han is leaving NQ's board.
