Growlife finance chief bids adieu


Growlife (OTC:PHOT +12.5%) CFO John Genesi resigns. Under the terms of his Severance Agreement, the company issues him 6M shares of restricted common stock, pays him a cash severance equal to six months' compensation and provides health insurance benefits for six months.

Former CEO Sterling Scott left in May.

    That's pocket change compared to what lenders got. You should check out who their lenders are and their relations. They pretty much won the Megamillions jackpot and still winning for a few more quarters.

    question to everyone, do you think Growlife will be able to wade through all the morass and actually get off the grey list? more so, has any information been posted as to whether Growlife is doing so? I have been searching, but other than opinions, I wonder if I have missed something.

    only way I see to make any money off this stock would be to buy up the remaining stock and build a company (or another scam) as they already have an audience
