Though Dish Networks (DISH) says it's committed to building a nationwide 4G network, the healthy performance of its shares suggests Wall Street isn't buying it. Dish, which recently saw the FCC delay its ability to use its newly-acquired spectrum, would have to spend up to $6B to build a 4G network, and that leads many to believe the company is far more likely to sell the spectrum (if not the entire company), or partner with an existing carrier.
