    Esekla,
    FYI...
The reports on ERII earnings are at best confusing this evening - contradictory.
One report has - August 6, 2014 @ 5:13pm Street Insider reports "Energy Recovery, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERII) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.03), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $6.94 million." (StreetInsider.com).

Although an earlier published ERII report , same day (today) and same source reports and provides the following - "SECOND QUARTER SUMMARY:

Total revenue decreased from $8.6 million in the second quarter of 2013 to $6.4 million in the second quarter of 2014
Gross profit margin decreased from 62% in the second quarter of 2013 to 48% in the current period, attributable to no mega-project revenue and a mix shift
Operating expenses increased $1.0 million, or 16%, from $6.6 million in the second quarter of 2013 to $7.6 million in the current period due to sales & marketing and research & development expenses
Net loss increased from $(1.5) million, or $(0.03) per share, in the second quarter of 2013 to $(4.6) million, or $(0.09) per share, in the second quarter of 2014, on decreased gross profit margin and higher operating expenses..."

Look forward to clarification as well on conference call tomorrow as well.

Enjoy your articles - as i do follow you.

    Regards

I'm glad you enjoy the articles. please ask questions there as I rarely continue to follow other threads.

The first article you mention is a misread/print of the results. See the updates in my article as mentioned above.
