Will the stock go up or is there some bad news in the details? Rarely can I figure these things out.

I believe that any time a company exceeds expectations that it's good news, but I am open to correction if anybody has a different idea.

$LINE not only did it go up but on a x DIV. day. With this DCF coverage we could see a small jump in the share price as analysts and investors digest the news,, but with the rest of the market looking like its going to correction mode and the sanctions between Russia and Europe pulling us closer to another recession,, WTI had been dropping and this will have an impact to future earnings,, I'm cautiously bullish right now

I'm not too surprised the stock hasn't risen much on this. LINE is for dividend junkies and a divy raise is the only thing that will move LINE.

Linn does eventually increase after the good news gets interpreted. Trouble is that there are too many hit piece artists who like to simply write garbage about how this or that about Linn is not up to snuff or how they think the distribution is still unsafe despite a coverage ratio that exceeds 100% and an excellent track record.

If these guys were to start yapping that the sky isn't blue you'd get people who would actually start believing that there is something wrong with the sky especially when that pesky red sun goes across it in an uncertain east to west pattern. They'd expect one day for the sun to come up in the west and settle in the east.

Sun doesn't move therefore doesn't rise or set. But line keeps moving slowly

Linn - Up 1.5% when the broader market is tanking ain't too shabby . Line has more upside than downside and that's if they don't increase the distribution . This quarter was much better than 2q 2013 . I will stay long
