Altera (ALTR) falls slightly AH after guiding on its mid-quarter update for Q1 revenue to fall 7%-9% Q/Q. Prior guidance was for a 5%-9% drop. Altera blames the weak performance on larger-than-expected customer inventory adjustments. In-line with expectations, the chipmaker says it expects sales to rise in Q2. (previously)
