Fidus Investment enters $50M share distribution agreement


The deal with Raymond James provides for Fidus (NASDAQ:FDUS) to sell up to $50M worth of stock over time, with the broker receiving a 1.5% commission.

At last night's close of $18.97, about 2.6M shares could be sold, adding nearly 20% to the float. Fidus' last reported net asset value was $15.09.
