Turtle Beach co-founders sell 371.5K shares

Turtle Beach (NASDAQ:HEAR) co-founders Fred Romano and Carmine Bonanno have sold 371.5K shares to "a group of institutional investors."

News of the sale comes with Turtle Beach trading close to its 52-week low of $6.54. Shares tumbled earlier in August after the gaming headset maker posted a Q2 miss, albeit while maintaining full-year guidance.

I heard of this company before but had no idea it was a public company... with Beats under Apple I think there will be a major shakeup in the headset and sound biz. Turtle is not going to last long unless they find a buyer or merge with others.... and even that move is a long shot.

Xbox has their own headsets and they can afford to make more in house rather than use Turtle.

2015 will be an interesting year for Turtle and others in the sound and headset biz

TURTLE will have an outstanding 4th Quarter! Do your own DD but I believe this company will be trading at or around $18-20 by end of 2015.
