Urstadt Biddle acquires two Greenwich properties

First is a 3-story 48K square foot mixed-use property in the Cos Cob section of Greenwich anchored by a 15.6K square foot CVS. It's 97% occupied.

Second is a group of contiguous 2-story mixed-use properties adjacent to the Old Greenwich train station totaling 41K square feet. The anchor tenant is the newly renovated 18.2K square foot Kings Supermarket.

The properties were family-owned and have been on UBP's radar for some time. Terms were not disclosed.
