CorMedix accuses TauroPharm of infringement

• CorMedix (CRMD -4.4%) files a patent infringement suit in Germany against TauroPharm GmbH claiming infringement on on its European patent EP 1 814 562 B1 (the "Prosl Patent"). The Prosl patent covers a low heparin catheter for maintaining patency and preventing infection in a hemodialysis catheter. The company believes TauroPharm's catheter locking solutions infringe on Prosl.
