Already under fire for 'outrageous' bonuses, AIG (AIG) discloses roughly 2/3 of its $173.3B in federal aid has been paid out to trading partners in the U.S. and abroad, including Goldman (GS), Societe Generale (SCGLY.PK) and Deutsche Bank (DB).
