Northland: Google likely to stick with Himax

• Northland Securities reports Google has concluded Samsung's OLED microdisplays aren't bright enough for Glass, and that the company is likely to stick with Himax's (HIMX +1.8%) LCoS microdisplays.
• Himax has turned positive on the report after spending most of the day in the red. Shares tumbled earlier this year thanks to reports stating Google is thinking of thinking of using an OLED microdisplay for the next version of Glass.
• Northland called Himax its top 2014 pick back in December.
