- Six weeks after saying it will de-emphasize its commercial solar ops, RGS Energy (OTC:RGSE) says it will fully exit the "large commercial" market. to focus on its residential solar ops and Hawaiian Sunetric unit.
- New CEO Dennis Lacey promises the move will "have a positive impact upon [RGS'] future cash from operations as well as improving the Company's profit margin." He adds RGS is "taking actions to monetize" its large commercial portfolio, and will continue operating in the small commercial segment.
- Shares are down 1.2% AH after rising 14.7% in regular trading.
