Fifth Street Finance and Fifth Street Floating Rate do deal together

• Taking advantage of recently granted permission to co-invest in deals, Fifth Street Finance (FSC) and Fifth Street Floating Rate (FSFR) team to invest in a $195M one-stop financing facility along with an equity co-investment in conjunction with Veritas Capital's acquisition of BeyondTrust.
• It's hoped the ability to co-invest will allow Fifth Street to go after the bigger fish deals.
