Encryption software vendor Wave Systems (WAVX), which was due to report earnings today, says it's postponing its Q4 release after determining "there are certain accounting errors" in the 2009-2011 financial statements of recently-acquired subsidiary Safend. Wave also expects to request a 15-day extension for the filing of its 2011 10-K. Shares are halted.
