Capital One (COF +2.7%) falls slightly AH after announcing a $1.25B stock offering, which it will use to help fund its $2.6B acquisition of HSBC's credit card business. Shares rose today after the company passed the Fed's stress tests, and posted encouraging delinquency/charge-off data for February.
