ARC Group further delays 10-K filing

• Having already told the SEC it's delaying the filing of its FY14 (ended in June) annual report, ARC (OTCPK:ARCW) now says the report will be delayed beyond an Oct. 14 extended filing due date.
• The 3D printing service provider attributes the push-out to "unforeseen delays in the integration of financial information of the businesses acquired by the Company" during FY14. It doesn't expect "the delays will result in any changes to previously disclosed financial information" for the fiscal year.
