Shares of Caesars Entertainment (CZR -5.7%) slump after the gaming company announces a $500M offering of its common stock. Though shares of Caesars haven't had a problem staying above their IPO price of $9, they also haven't regained the heights seen on the first day of active trading.

Let's see when they price $500mil. Should be interesting. Maybe they can get Goldman to do it. Their morally bankrupt anyway, and Caesars is basically insolvent. Their a match made in heaven. So they can screw more investors.
