The Ohio Treasurer's Office will no longer be doing business with Bank of New York Mellon (BK) or State Street (STT) following allegations and lawsuits the 2 firms overcharged clients on foreign currency transactions.

    That's a good start. How about pension funds and other funds whose clients consist of members of the public or government entities who are supposed to work for the people (remember?), systematically do business only with financial institutions who aren't part of the criminal banking cartel?
